Prior to commencement, it will be necessary for you to complete a comprehensive new client questionnaire. I will diligently review its contents prior to our initial session, wherein we will engage in a thorough examination and discourse thereof.

During our sessions, we will delve into your concerns, address potential obstacles hindering your progress, and establish concrete goals. Subsequent to each session, I will furnish you with practical tools and actionable steps for you to implement in your own time. Below, you have the option to choose between individual sessions or a package deal, allowing you to avail yourself of cost savings.
