How Does This Work?
As a mind-body coach, my role is to equip and encourage you to take action for life transformation. As the client, your role is to do the work, and use the tools we will discuss. You will need to be committed and keep an open mind as you play an active role in your healing journey.
Before we get started, you will fill out a new client questionnaire. I will review it before our first session, and then we will discuss it during your first session.
Your life transformation process will involve six key components:
Education about, and acceptance of, Mind-Body Syndrome
Going back to living your life
Discovering and changing the lies and beliefs that are keeping you in bondage
Calming the nervous system
Retraining the brain
Laughter and having fun
We will discuss your concerns, possible hindrances to moving forward, and your goals. After each session, I'll provide tools and actionable steps for you to complete on your own time. Below you can choose from a single session or save by selecting a package...
