Meditation for Insomnia

Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? If so, meditation can help!

In a recent blog post I addressed the fact that insomnia is usually due to stress and anxiety. I shared that understanding why I couldn't sleep, and using mind-body tools, is what eventually helped me to sleep through the night consistently. One of the tools I used is meditation. I personally meditate on scripture, but the link below lists several types of meditation, and explains why meditation helps with insomnia.
