Mind-Body Disorders: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

What if Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is not a disease? What if there is an explanation?

I personally battled with adrenal fatigue and adrenal insufficiency, but have many friends who were diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The most common reasons given for CFS are Epstein Barr virus, Candida overgrowth, vitamin deficiencies, heavy metal toxicity, Lyme disease, and a few others, but some doctors don't really have an explanation for it.


These diagnoses usually lead to taking multiple supplements or medications per day, vitamin infusions, eating a restricted diet, and/or other treatments. Unfortunately this is expensive, time consuming, and in most cases, the CFS is not resolved.
